Place an order through the order form on our website, or message us on Instagram. We confirm every order within 24 hours, and you pay in cash on pickup or delivery — nothing upfront.
Yes. We offer pickup and delivery across Birmingham and the surrounding areas, and we can post boxed treats like chokladbollar and kanelbullar UK-wide.
We bake to order in small batches, so please order at least 2 days ahead. Celebration cakes like prinsesstårta are best ordered as early as you can.
Fika is the Swedish tradition of pausing for coffee and something freshly baked, with people you like. At Fika Bageri we bake the classics that go with it — cinnamon buns, cardamom buns and princess cake.
Yes — our Swedish princess cake comes in the classic green marzipan or pink. You can pick your colour on the menu and when you place your order.
